How do you measure the success of housing association comms campaigns?

We use QR codes in printed comms and on hoardings. We also use UTMs (tracking modules) in digital campaigns.
These allow us to see exactly how well a flyer, billboard, brochure or digital comms are performing within our digital analytics platform. This includes web traffic, email open rates, social media reach, service operational data, and tenant perception metrics such as Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).

How fast can you turn around work?

We can be flexible and will often work to your deadlines. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible, and we will always be honest and open with you upfront if it’s achievable or give you an amended timeline.

Do you build websites and apps for housing associations?

Yes, we have in-house developers who can build bespoke websites or systems to help you serve your tenants and community. To ensure your tenants are always able to find the information they need and communicate with you if necessary, we ensure your website or app prioritises the user experience and makes it straightforward to navigate and accessible for users who have disabilities.
