Bromford were looking to enter into the retirement property sector with two brand new developments in Stourport and Banbury. Harrison Carloss were tasked with creating the scheme identities and branding as well as being the lead strategic agency to develop and execute a full marketing plan leading up to, and including the commencement of the sales program.

Developing insights

Harrison Carloss worked with the in-house marketing department and the sales team to conduct research in the local area around the attitudes and opinions of the developments.

We also researched local history to ensure that the schemes identities resonated with the local population. We then used those insights to develop the retirement scheme identities which included; scheme name, logos, colour palette, typography, tone of voice and photography style

20 years of strategy in 2 years

With over 20 years’ experience working in the retirement property sector, Harrison Carloss were well placed to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy over the 2 year build programme.

The strategy included developing a database of sales leads and working with the sales team to ultimately progress these leads into property sales. The marketing programme included the creation of a full suite of sales literature, press advertising, social media management, SEO & PPC, email marketing, direct mail, promotional film, CGIs, marketing suite and outdoor signage.

Selling the lifestyle

We built a database of over 1,000 qualified sales leads.

Bromford Retirement Living successfully completing sales at School Gardens with great feedback from the local community and residents alike. The second development, Park Gardens, has also seen unprecedented sales levels.
