Yet, while the company has been keen to adopt a positive, modern and innovative approach to its clientele, whether buying, selling or renting, the company lacked a sufficiently distinctive and consistent brand presence.
As a result, the way it presented and delivered its services through its existing website failed to make it stand out in a highly competitive field. The residential and commercial side of the businesses sat on two totally separate websites which made it difficult for customers to understand all of the services and property expertise that Louis Taylor can and do offer.
We aimed to promote both the ‘Commercial’ and ‘Residential’ sectors that Louis Taylor operate in whilst also including the Fine Art franchise within one simple yet comprehensive website, as well as their regional office locations, clearly defining all services offered by the company.
Whilst building on its reputation and heritage we also designed a distinctive logo as a stamp of approval to remind customers of their long-standing reputation end expertise.
The website is also integrated with both Alcium and Zoopla property feeds via a direct connection to their API’s, enabling automatic listing updates and filtering/search capability. The website features a ‘Team” page and a blog section to enable Louis Taylor to promote news and to pursue an SEO strategy.
We also designed a bespoke Stamp Duty Land Tax Calculator to enable the business to make the website as user friendly as possible for customers when browsing both residential or commercial properties. The SDLT calculator also enabled us to pursue additional website traffic through organic rankings by optimising the page.
As a result, Louis Taylor was able to relaunch its online presence with a style and efficiency that does full justice to its well-founded reputation.
Harrison Carloss’ professional and innovative approach has been a breath of fresh air.
