What the company needed was a bold and unified brand statement that communicated the modern and innovative approach that users demand from a tech company wishing to present a unique brand image.
So our vision at Harrison Carloss was to create a modern and on trend customer experience for clients of Hobb Computer Services, whilst showcasing the Hobb knowledge and expertise.
We created a brand new website that is modern, clean and user friendly to enable Hobb to re-launch its online presence and bring more focus on Hobb’s services, partners and accreditation.
Besides showcasing their credibility and setting them apart from competitors, the new site makes the client dashboard prominent and easy to find where tickets can be raised and useful links at the touch of a button. We’ve also made user enquiries easier and the user journey altogether simpler and more intuitive.
The website also aims to focus on the ability to generate leads with clear call to actions to get in touch. In addition, the website features a blog section to enable Hobb to promote both news and to pursue a SEO strategy.
