We were tasked with creating the scheme identities and branding as well as being the lead strategic agency to develop and execute a full marketing plan leading up to, and including the commencement of the sales program for two brand-new property developments in Stourport and Banbury.
Working with the in-house marketing department and the sales team, we developed a comprehensive marketing strategy over the 2 year build programme which included developing a database of sales leads and working with the sales team to ultimately progress these leads into property sales.
After building a database of over 1,000 qualified sales leads through our marketing activity, Bromford Retirement Living successfully completed sales at School Gardens with great feedback from the local community and residents alike. The second development, Park Gardens, has also seen unprecedented sales levels.

We helped Fairmile Grange rebrand with soft, warm and inviting colours to retain brand recognition. The rebrand included the creation of marketing collateral for events and door-drops as well as refreshing their website with their new branding.
By increasing brand awareness and offering our strategic marketing support Fairmile Grange experienced a boost in website enquiries. In the three months since we completed their brand launch, Fairmile Grange has seen a 109% increase in phone number clicks and a 177% increase in website form submissions.
