Based in the UK, Platinum manufactures all of its products at a state-of-the-art facility in Yorkshire, from where the company has been supplying high quality stairlifts since 1996 via an international network of authorised dealers located throughout the world, including the UK, Europe, America and Australia.
The Senior Management Team felt the current brand was lacking in finesse and stood behind its competitors. The task? Bring the Platinum Stairlifts brand up to speed to match its state of the art products.
We also conducted brand workshops with key personnel across the business with a view of gaining and understanding of frustrations, strengths, weaknesses, brand essence, values and personality.
The result was brand proposition, messaging, mission, vision, values as well as recommendations for future brand activity. We then reviewed Platinum Stairliftโs current marketing proposition and strategy and advised on an approach to take the business forward.
Developing propositions and key messages for consumer groups we had identified through the research, we then created a whole new suite of multilingual literature along with a brand new multilingual website to showcase the Platinum Stairlift offering whilst highlighting their USPs.
The new marketing and sales collateral has been well received both internally and with customers and partners throughout Europe. A refreshed, more modern and bold brand identity along with a suite of lifestyle photography to promote the product as an enabling solution to the end consumer, this approach created growth within existing accounts whilst also increasing enquiries from potential new partners.
