Brand Strategy

Your brand is more than just a logo and handful of colours. While visual appeal is a big part of a good brand, we dig deeper to make sure our creative approach aligns with your goals. We conduct research that gives us, and you, a clear understanding of your market position, perception, and brand challenges.

We evaluate your brand and run collaborative workshops with key stakeholders to ensure the process is collaborative and focused. This helps us understand your purpose, values, audience mindset, and brand ambitions before we begin applying them to your new brand.

Brand Design

Our creative designers explore multiple concepts that draw from different perspectives and ideas, but keep our insights from the strategic brand research front of mind. We build the visual foundations of your new brand, including logos, icons, typography, colour palettes, and visual styles.

We pride ourselves on our ability to think critically and creatively. Our creative designers are given the freedom to push your new brand to the limit and explore what’s possible.

Tone of Voice

Our in-house copywriting team are masters of defining a tone of voice and putting it into action so that your brand is heard by the right people, and received in the right way.

While a strong logo is important, words are often what carry the ability to spark emotion and convert brand awareness into sales conversions.

We give your brand an unmistakeable tone of voice and apply it creatively to deliver more impact and set you apart from your competitors.

Brand Identity

We put your brand into action and make sure it works in the real world. This ensures that you don’t end up with a rigid set of brand guidelines that are difficult to apply consistently. With our support, you will have a clear direction and style that translates effortlessly to both printed and digital assets.

Building a successful brand identity requires a culmination of strategic input and ambitious design to enable your new look to command attention, foster trust, and turn first impressions into lifelong brand loyalty.

Your brand journey

Interested in understanding the process? We like our branding projects to be collaborative and give clients lots of opportunities to share their feedback. This means that the more engaged you are with us, the faster the process can move. We’ll always be honest about what’s realistic, but if you have a specific timeline in mind then we’re happy to talk this through with you to assess what’s possible.

01 West Midlands Safari Park

Harrison Carloss stood out to us as an agency who had a lot of experience. Having interviewed quite a few agencies we knew that Harrison Carloss was the one for us because of how they fit in with our own creative team. We’d absolutely recommend Harrison Carloss, they’re great to work with and produced some great results for us.

02 Air IT

Harrison Carloss’s ability to balance creativity with strategic clarity stood out. Every element had a purpose, and every decision was grounded in insight. They helped us define a brand that inspires trust, communicates our depth of expertise, and reinforces our role as a progressive, next-generation MSP. Moreover, their team approached the project with precision and genuine curiosity, challenging assumptions and pushing our thinking in the right ways. Overall, Harrison Carloss played a pivotal role in shaping a brand we’re proud of and one that truly represents the 24/7, security-driven, end-to-end technology partner our clients depend on.

03 Fairmile Grange

Harrison Carloss has worked on our new brand for Fairmile Grange and we’re really pleased with the results. Our new logo looks fantastic and we can’t wait to launch it externally. Since the rebrand, they have also worked with us to create collateral needed for events and all have been on brand and to a high standard.

Sherlyn Rowland, Home Manager

04 Northwood

Harrison Carloss designed the refreshed branding for Northwood and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They took the time to understand our business, our franchisees and our customers and came up with a brand that was just what we needed, an evolution not a revolution. The ongoing communication and project management was great, and we felt reassured throughout. The brand is now live and being tried and tested in the ‘real world’ and we’re still just as happy with the outcome. We look forward to working with Harrison Carloss for future Northwood marketing campaigns.

05 Clifton Trade Bathrooms

We’ve been established for nearly 20 years. We needed to update and reset our brand guidelines ready to support our plans for growth. It seemed sensible to do this with a new agency who could tackle the project with fresh eyes.

We worked with a fabulous team that took time to understand our core principles, whilst applying their knowledge and creative thinking to bring our brand identity to life. The result has been spot on and already proving very valuable. We’re looking forward to working with team HC for many more years to come.

FAQS

How can you measure a successful rebrand?

While there’s no exact way to attribute individual actions to your brand, that doesn’t mean you can’t see the impact. You just need to be proactive in identifying improvements in performance.

By monitoring spikes in branded search volume and direct website traffic, you can determine if your new brand is generating increased brand awareness.

If your goal was to reposition your brand or connect with a new target audience, then you should consider some post-rebrand analysis. By using a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey, you can measure the changes you’ve made by going directly to your audience and asking how they feel about it.

Ultimately, a successful rebrand that is driven by a desire to grow should do exactly that. Benchmarking your annual growth before your rebrand and then tracking the 12 months post-rebrand will give you an indication of success. In some cases, it can take longer to see growth take off, especially if the rebrand is drastically different and unfamiliar.

Can you help with rollout?

We’re a full-service digital and creative agency. We can help you rebrand, develop a new website and design an arsenal of collateral and campaigns, online and offline, to give your new brand a powerful debut.

We can arrange to design and print new brochures, business cards, office supplies, vehicle graphics, signage, and banners in line with the launch of your new brand to give you a clean breakaway from the old you.

How long does a typical branding project take?

This depends on whether you’re looking for a subtle brand refresh to modernise or refine what you have, or a complete brand revolution that repositions your business for growth and gives you a new and impactful creative style.

A brand refresh would typically take a minimum of 8 weeks.

A comprehensive rebrand from top to bottom can take a minimum of 12 weeks.
