Following a competitive pitch process, we were tasked with the delivery of a high-impact rebrand and dynamic new websiteto reposition the business to supercharge their growth following private equity investment.

The Challenge

Air IT wanted to establish its core values and unique value proposition through the rebrand to position them as a market leading MSP. They wanted a brand to embody their growth, progressive thinking, and secure and supportive services to help support SMEs in the UK.

Research and Reboot

To build an authentic and compelling brand in the MSP marketplace, we led comprehensive internal and external market research to identify how key decision makers perceive MSPs and what drives their choices.

Our approach included external research to understand trends, client expectations and pain points. Whilst a series of internal workshops with business stakeholders helped define Air IT’s unique value proposition and clarify the core strengths that truly set them apart.

The research ensured every brand strategy decision was grounded in both real market insight and genuine internal expertise, positioning us to have a real clear, comprehensive brief as to where to take the creative side of the brand.

We delivered a progressive brand with a clearly defined value proposition, refreshed brand values and a brand creative that positions Air IT Group as a market leader in their sector.

 

The new brand identity feels synonymous with their status as a tech leader and is the platform for continued growth for the business. We were also tasked with developing a new website and collateral to support the rebrand and ensure consistent roll out.
