After opening its doors over 50 years ago, West Midlands Safari Park felt it was time to overhaul their brand to reflect the growth of the attraction and their more modern offering.
We worked closely with their internal creative team and began with customer research, tone of voice and brand strategy workshops. What we discovered is that customers rated interaction with the animals as the number one memorable experience.
This became central to our design concepts and the tone and personality of the branding itself. We gave them their own iconic Giraffe logo which provided flexibility to use across the park, online, and in merchandise.

Because of our tourism and visitor attraction expertise, and our equally broad experience in charity marketing, we were chosen by Re-Form Heritage to design and develop a brand-new website to show off the incredible restoration of the iconic Middleport Pottery and allow customers to see what’s happening over the coming weeks and book events online.
The website means it’s now possible to book Middleport Pottery tours, purchase event tickets, enquire about weddings and venue hire options, and schools can request to use Middleport’s new Learning Centre.
The upgraded website, www.re-form.org, provides a scalable, responsive, and intuitive platform for users to explore the charity’s vital work and the diverse offerings at its locations in Stoke-on-Trent.

This new platform will be invaluable in allowing us to better connect with our community, showcase the beauty and history of Middleport Pottery, and highlight the importance of preserving our local heritage for future generations.

The team at Somerset CCC wanted to bring more focus to their event space offering at their ground, the Cooper Associates County Ground. We developed an engaging new website featuring an intuitive search tool that enables users to find suitable spaces by party size and requirements, then submit enquiries directly from each listing. We bolstered the site with integrations such as CaterSOFT, ResDiary, and Sport Alliance to streamline bookings, enquiries, and newsletter sign-ups, eliminating manual processing.
As part of a 12-month SEO retainer, we brought the site up to scratch with optimised meta data, relevant internal linking and created content such as blogs and landing pages per type of event. Our strategy helped target users earlier in the buyer journey. After the website and SEO work they were ranking for 760 more keywords, drastically improving their online visibility and relevancy.
