Bringing hospitality.

to life.

Their existing websites had an outdated, rigid look

They lacked modern website capabilities and had an unreliable booking widget with poor mobile integration – hardly ideal when traffic comes increasingly from mobile devices.

In line with the highly distinctive style and modernity of the Parogon brand, the company deserved a suite of modern websites to more accurately reflect the feel of their establishments: Relaxed and welcoming, with a touch of luxury. So we set out to embody that experience in the brand’s websites whilst increasing their functionality too.

Bringing hospitality to life

We completely transformed their websites from a stale single page format to enriched and vibrant sites with interactive menus including allergen filters.

We also developed a new, fully automated booking system directly linking to the Quadranet reservation systems API. We further expanded this functionality to also cross-sell tables by showing availability for all seven venues, thereby retaining customers within the Parogon Group and increasing table utilisation.

Going above and beyond

We then created a group website with information about the group and an ecommerce facility so customers could buy gift cards online and tickets to events.

In addition we created a centralised careers portal allowing roles to be filtered by venue. Instead of multiple listings, a single job listing can be created for the same role available across a number of sites.

Harrison Carloss have done a great job both building and further developing our websites. The websites they have built have completely changed the customer experience and really brought our websites up to date. They are very easy to work with and are extremely professional. We are looking forward to working with them more in the future and couldn’t recommend them enough.
