I currently spend most of my spare time learning new DIY skills to help with the latest house renovation project! It’s a never ending cycle, but I do find it rewarding to do the work myself. When I get the chance to escape, I like to play golf, go swimming, and I enjoy a good walk, especially if there’s a pub or two along the way!

I started out on an AAT accountancy apprenticeship around 12 years ago for a leading manufacturing business which gave me a good foundation for my career in finance. Before long I moved over to a tech SaaS start-up for a further 6 years, enabling me to gain invaluable experience in an completely different type of industry, and build up the skills I needed to become the Finance Lead at Harrison Carloss.
