After graduating from Birmingham University, I landed my first “real” job in marketing—and I was hooked. I started out in financial services, learning how to write briefs, review scamps and soak up as much knowledge as possible from the brilliant team around me.
Then came Phones4u, fast‑paced, full‑throttle and packed with chaos. I got to work alongside brand, insight, digital, and creative teams, helping deliver campaigns with some of the world’s most exciting names, from Apple to Samsung.
After a few in‑house adventures, curiosity got the better of me and I decided to see what agency life was all about and I’ve never left…
As Client Services Director, I get to lead our talented team in building strong client relationships and delivering work that drives real results. I’m passionate about helping brands grow through the right strategy, collaboration and creativity. My days are a mix of big-picture planning, hands-on collaboration and finding new ways we can make a difference for our clients. We’re always evolving our services to stay ahead, whether it’s refining a campaign direction or spotting new opportunities, I love connecting the dots between great ideas and great outcomes.
