Stoke-on-Trent creative and digital agency Harrison Carloss has welcomed three new starters to its team. The appointments add specialist search expertise, senior design experience and commercial client management to the agency as it continues to grow.
Matt Dias joins as SEO & PPC Specialist, Matthew Forrester as Creative Designer and Ellie Moston as Account Manager.
Between them they bring a broad mix of agency, in-house and sector experience, along with fresh thinking for the clients Harrison Carloss works with.
Matt started his digital marketing career at university, where he earned an MSc in Digital Marketing Management. Having spent 3 years at digital agency Vista Design, he gained hands-on experience across the full digital marketing mix, working with clients from a wide range of industries.

Matt said: “Whether someone is looking for a service, researching their options or ready to get in touch, my job is to make sure our clients show up in the moments that matter most. It’s about building a strong, sustainable search presence that delivers real returns for our clients and enables us to retain them as customers.”
After spending the last 14 years at fellow Stoke-on-Trent-based creative agency Lawrence Davis, Matthew Forrester has made the jump to Harrison Carloss, bringing with him over a decade of industry experience across a wide range of national brands, sectors and creative projects.
His keen eye for design and creativity is a huge boost to the already dazzling talent in the Harrison Carloss design team. Matthew’s experience will be key to help turn ideas into visual solutions across branding, print and digital.

Matthew said: “I love solving briefs and working with the team to create design that doesn’t just look great but actually works in the real world. Every day is different, and that’s what keeps it exciting.”
Ellie began her marketing career at Aspire Housing, where she spent two years before moving to Glitterbels. Over four years there, she worked her way up to Commercial Marketing Manager and was a vital part of introducing new customers to the business.
At Harrison Carloss, Ellie will bring a strategic, commercially minded approach to managing clients and take the lead on shaping long-term partnerships that deliver real value. Drawing on her experience leading marketing at a senior level in-house, she understands the pressures clients face and what success looks like from their side of the table. Her background in housing also gives her valuable insight into the challenges facing the agency’s housing association clients.

Ellie said: “I’m excited about this new challenge at Harrison Carloss and working alongside some really talented strategists and creative people. I’m ready to learn and put my skills into action to get the best results for my clients.”
Adam Mobley, Managing Director of Harrison Carloss, said: “Bringing Matt, Ellie and Matthew on board is a big step for us. Each of them strengthens a part of what we do, from search and design through to how we look after our clients. They also bring fresh ideas and new perspectives, which is exactly what we want as we grow. We’re delighted to have them with us.”
