Digital Marketing Assistant—

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team.

If you're someone with some experience of digital marketing looking to take the next step, then this could be the role for you!

A few things you probably need to know… We’re looking for someone who can help support our digital marketing team with exciting work for our clients. You ideally you’ll already have some experience in digital marketing, enthusiasm to learn and good communication skills.

Skills to pay the bills—

– 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing with basic understanding of SEO, PPC and paid social
– Passionate about all things digital marketing and strategy
– Organised and methodical approach to work
– Comfortable taking feedback and applying it to improve performance
– Curious and proactive in suggesting new ideas and opportunities
– Strong written communication skills, especially for ad copy and content ideas
– Analytical mindset with attention to detail
– Fast-learner, multi-tasker and natural problem solver
– Sociable with a desire to work in a motivated & fun team
– Thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment
– Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Ads, Google Analytics or social ad platforms is a plus

What you’ll be doing—

– Conducting research to support content and optimisation strategies
– Implement meta data and on-page SEO optimisation
– Use SEO tools such as Ahrefs to analyse performance and identify opportunities
– Support less technical SEO tasks and basic site optimisations
– Generate content ideas aligned with keyword and search intent research
– Monitor PPC accounts to ensure campaigns are running effectively
– Review and address platform recommendations where appropriate
– Write and test ad copy to improve performance
– Assist with PPC reporting and performance analysis
– Support campaign ideation and planning alongside senior team members
– Draft ad copy for paid social campaigns
– Monitor paid social accounts and flag performance trends or issues
– Suggest new opportunities for testing, optimisation or expansion
