We saw instant results to the account with both Clicks and Impressions improving and the Average CPC reducing significantly within the first few months.
We re-allocated budget away from brand campaigns where Residence already had a very strong organic standing. This streamlined spending away from keywords where the user intent and organic position of the site meant that the user would likely visit regardless, therefore creating a more holistic SEM approach.
We created a number of responsive display ads which had the ability to be more flexible and appear in a higher variety of ad space than existing HTML5 ads. The new ads achieved a much higher CTR and we saw a significant improvement to their remarketing campaigns as a result.
