We’re looking for a special Marketing Manager to join us.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to be part of the ambitious plans to scale-up and grow over the next few years. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own and lead on promoting the agency and our SaaS platform. The role is brand new so you’ll have a real opportunity to make it your own.

Skills to pay the bills

  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to create and own a multi-platform strategy
  • Proven track record for delivering growth and profitability
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Commercially minded
  • Self-starter, uses initiative
  • Fast-learner and multi-tasker
  • Sociable with a desire to work in a motivated & fun team
  • Thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Clearly articulates feedback

  • Previous experience of working in an agency environment
  • Previous experience of SaaS marketing
  • Experience of using HubSpot

What you’ll be doing

  • Ownership and development of the overall marketing plan and strategy working with the senior team
  • Lead generation campaigns – work with the internal team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Manage day to day marketing for the agency and SaaS platform
  • Manage our profiles on key industry websites and platforms
  • Identifying PR opportunities for the agency and SaaS platform
  • Identify appropriate awards and write entries for the agency
  • Content management of the websites – identifying opportunities for content creation and landing pages linked to campaigns
  • Organise content related to events – helping to identify speaking (events, podcasts, webinars) and sponsorship opportunities
  • Analysing, testing and reporting the effectiveness/ROI of all marketing campaigns
