Since their inception in 2007, The Group have expanded their high-quality gastropub dining experience into neighbouring counties where their passion to delight shines through in the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, expertly prepared, skilfully cooked and beautifully presented.

When we started working with the Parogon Group, we were tasked with creating a collection of websites which accurately reflected the premium feel and service of their establishments. Relaxed, welcoming but with a touch of luxury. We looked to encompass the Parogon experience within their websites.

Fresh ideas

As the very latest venue from the Parogon Group, Willow opened at Trentham’s Shopping Village in the Spring of 2021, offering a relaxed new approach to dining that mixes fresh ideas in décor in a stylish modern environment to complement superb food and friendly, attentive service.

In keeping with the beautiful surroundings of Trentham, the restaurant has a botanical theme and feel, chilled in the daytime and softly lit and atmospheric in the evenings where customers can enjoy a Mediterranean inspired menu.


We began by designing the website to artfully show off Willow’s amazing interior decor and the oh-so-cool alfresco dining spaces, together with the way that Willow’s bo-ho chic elements work so perfectly with the restaurant’s jungle-inspired touches.

The result is a vibrant and inviting ambience that perfectly captures the easy going spirit of this highly individual venue.

As with the Parogon Group’s other restaurants, we were again given the opportunity to produce launch material led by a brand new website that would beautifully reflect Willow’s unique style. Our launch plan also included ppc, stylish social media press advertising, and a carefully targeted ‘dine out on us’ door drop competition giving selected recipients the chance to win a pre-opening day exclusive meal for 4 at Willow.

Exceeded expectations

As a result of our efforts, table bookings exceeded expectations with the ‘Book a Table’ widget being opened over 12,000 times during launch.

The multi-channel marketing approach also netted us the largest mailing list out of all the Parogon Group venues, which amounted to over 7500 entries to our competition. All in all a fantastic launch and opening weeks. Combined with an ongoing multi channel marketing approach, Polly’s Field Village is on track to successfully open in early 2022.

Harrison Carloss have done a great job both building and further developing our websites. The websites they have built have completely changed the customer experience and really brought our websites up to date. They are very easy to work with and are extremely professional. We are looking forward to working with them more in the future and couldn’t recommend them enough.
