When we started working with the Parogon Group, we were tasked with creating a collection of websites which accurately reflected the premium feel and service of their establishments. Relaxed, welcoming but with a touch of luxury. We looked to encompass the Parogon experience within their websites.

In keeping with the beautiful surroundings of Trentham, the restaurant has a botanical theme and feel, chilled in the daytime and softly lit and atmospheric in the evenings where customers can enjoy a Mediterranean inspired menu.
The result is a vibrant and inviting ambience that perfectly captures the easy going spirit of this highly individual venue.
As with the Parogon Group’s other restaurants, we were again given the opportunity to produce launch material led by a brand new website that would beautifully reflect Willow’s unique style. Our launch plan also included ppc, stylish social media press advertising, and a carefully targeted ‘dine out on us’ door drop competition giving selected recipients the chance to win a pre-opening day exclusive meal for 4 at Willow.
The multi-channel marketing approach also netted us the largest mailing list out of all the Parogon Group venues, which amounted to over 7500 entries to our competition. All in all a fantastic launch and opening weeks.
Harrison Carloss have done a great job both building and further developing our websites. The websites they have built have completely changed the customer experience and really brought our websites up to date. They are very easy to work with and are extremely professional.
