Account Executive / Manager

Full-time | Festival Park | Staffordshire

We’re looking for an awesome Account Executive / Manager to join us. Yeah we know it’s exciting, so what are you waiting for?

A few things you probably need to know… You ideally need a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an agency environment, a passion for marketing with excellent communication skills.

  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a marketing agency environment
  • Previous account handling experience
  • Passionate about digital marketing
  • Know your way around social media. You’ll be an expert in planning content and promoting campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident co-ordinating timelines and schedules
  • Accurately understands and executes project and creative briefs

  • Fast-learner and multi-tasker

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll be part of the team managing the relationship with clients and delivering first-class levels of customer service
  • Managing client campaigns, making sure all the elements of that campaign are built, implemented and managed on time and to budget
  • Progress marketing activity prescribed for the client
  • Planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns for clients whilst also keeping up to date with the latest trends
  • Keeping in touch with clients at key points and proactively reporting results to them
  • Dealing with any account issues and resolving with the help of internal teams
  • Developing and communicating the agenda for client meetings and following up with contact reports
  • Quality assuring the information we receive and send to the client
  • Documenting your work with each client including the use of our job CRM system
  • Reviewing results with the team to ensure that everything is on track for the client
  • Identifying any opportunities for growth within our current client base
