We’re excited to announce that over the past few months, we have been working with Aspire, a local housing association responsible for over 9,000 homes across Staffordshire and Cheshire.

Aspire Housing might be one of Harrison Carloss’s newer clients, but we’ve already established a trusting partnership and are actively supporting them with the delivery of strategic marketing campaigns. Having worked with some clients for over 20 years, we understand the importance of building successful client relationships.

Initially, they were motivated to work with us because of our status as a HubSpot partner. However, as we began working together it became clear that we could offer far more to Aspire than just short-term technical support. As a fully integrated creative, digital and strategic marketing agency we have a knack for solving problems, and that comes from gaining a deep understanding of our client’s needs. This strategic approach is ultimately what helps us solidify our client relationships. And Aspire were no different.

We recently sat down to have a Q&A with Communications Lead Scott Turzanski, to discuss the expectations and goals of the relationship between Harrison Carloss and Aspire.

Give us an overview of the business you work for

Aspire Housing is a leading housing association based in heart of Staffordshire. We are dedicated to providing affordable homes and delivering vital services that improve the lives of our customers. Our mission goes beyond just bricks and mortar; we’re committed to fostering vibrant communities where people can thrive. With over 9,000 homes under our management, Aspire Housing plays a crucial role in the local area, offering not just housing but also a range of support services that promote wellbeing and social inclusion.

What are your key markets, how do you typically engage with them?

Our primary market consists of individuals and families in need of affordable housing within Staffordshire and Cheshire. We also serve a diverse range of customers, including those requiring additional support due to age, disability, or socio-economic challenges.

Engagement is central to everything we do. We connect with our communities through multiple channels, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their preferred method of communication, can easily access the information and support they need. This includes a regular customer magazine, community events, social media, and direct communication through our talented Aspire team. We place a strong emphasis on listening to our customers’ feedback and involving them in decision-making processes to ensure our services truly meet their needs.

What are your goals for working with Harrison Carloss?

Our goal for this partnership is to enhance our communication priorities and further elevate the quality of service we provide to our customers. We’re looking to leverage the expertise of Harrison Carloss to develop innovative, impactful and strategic marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse community. Ultimately, we want to ensure that our messaging is not only clear and consistent but also emotionally engaging, fostering a deeper connection between Aspire Housing and our customers.

What motivated you to choose us for your marketing support?

The main reason we originally contacted Harrison Carloss was because of your status as a HubSpot partner. We were specifically seeking a new partner to help us with some much-needed improvements to our website, based on feedback we received from one of our engaged customer groups. As we began working together, it became clear that your expertise extended far beyond just technical support. The partnership naturally evolved into a more supportive role for our campaigns and creative direction. Your ability to blend creative thinking with a deep understanding of our needs has been instrumental in helping us achieve our goals at Aspire Housing.

What challenges led you to seek out this partnership?

The primary reason we chose to work with Harrison Carloss was that our website operates on the HubSpot platform, and we needed to collaborate with an approved partner to ensure that any major web development was implemented correctly and efficiently. Additionally, we were keen to work with a partner based in our home city of Newcastle-under-Lyme. Being locally based, you understand the community we serve, which has been invaluable in aligning our web improvements with the needs of our customers. This partnership has allowed us to ensure that our digital presence is both technically sound and highly relevant to our audience.

What does a successful partnership look like to you?

A successful partnership, for me, is one where we see tangible improvements in how our customers perceive and engage with our communications. It’s about creating communications and campaigns that not only inform but also inspire and empower our community. I believe success will be reflected in higher levels of customer satisfaction, increased participation in our initiatives, and a stronger sense of community. Equally important is the collaborative spirit between our teams – where we continuously learn from each other and push the boundaries of what we can achieve together.

Is there anything we have worked on together already or working on in the future that you’re specifically looking forward to?

I’m particularly excited about the work we’re doing together on several key projects. One of the main initiatives is our customer magazine, MyHome, where your creative input has been instrumental in shaping the content and design, making it more engaging for our customers. Additionally, I’m looking forward to the upcoming development sites, where we are building a large amount of affordable new homes, where you’re helping us create a distinctive development identity for each location. Your support in designing the hoarding and marketing assets for our new development locations across Newcastle-under-Lyme is also something I’m eager to see come to life. These projects are vital to how we communicate with our customers and the broader community, and I’m confident that your expertise will ensure they have a significant impact.
